Welcome back!
Career Forge’s newest career services software solution is an integrated Event Registration module thoughtfully designed to replace frustrating guessing and clicking with customizable fields and simple screens.
Part 1 presented features and benefits for employer registration; in Part 2, you’ll discover a requested recruiter registration function, and a recap of Part 1.
A novice software company or a group of engineers not paying attention might think managing employer and recruiter event registration is the same task. They’d both be wrong. Yes, employer representatives are signing up, but the individual recruiters representing the employer (or a third-party agency) are not necessarily setting filters. Instead, recruiters are typically responsible for attracting qualified student applicants.
This is why this event registration system is written for event hosts to help employers and recruiters with equal ease.
We showed how easily employers can sign up for events with our software: you send a link, they click, and if they're new, they set up an account. If their email matches an existing company in our system, the software asks if they want to join that group. Once they request to join, their company POC gets a heads-up to approve them so they can register for your event.
You also get an alert to confirm their association if you recognize them. It's all about making event registration straightforward.

With Career Forge Event Registration, employers and recruiters can easily:
Additionally, event hosts have free access to unlimited, live customer support, starting with these Q&As from the webinar.
A. Great question. We built the Event Registration module expecting event hosts to encounter this situation. First, ideally, the employer uses a professional email account. But some employers, like local small businesses, use Gmail, and that's ok.
A: There is a separate status for reapproval because the change is distinct from the first submission. However, a change does not delist or cancel the original registration. And the need to reapprove is to ensure your invoice is correct after the change.
Of course, if the change doesn’t affect invoicing, for example, they’re still within the allowed number of recruiters, then the change processes automatically.
A: Easily. We’ll send the verification code, and as long as it’s a valid email, the Event Registration module recognizes it.
We appreciate the exceptional feedback on the Event Registration module, but you know there’s more coming, right?
And now you have an “End to the Dread.” No more searching for workarounds or battling with tech support to make an off-the-shelf registration system accommodate the specifics you and your employers want to set up.
This Event Registration module eliminates unnecessary complexity and recovers hours of your valuable time. Instead of force-feeding event information into a rigid system, you can enrich your employer relationships with Career Forge | ERM and better serve students with the upcoming Advising Module in the Career Forge early talent network solution.
